  1. What is QUOKKA AI actually building?

    Two products at prototype stage: MindLog, which reconstructs a day from fragments, and QUOKKA Pulse, a B2B scoring API that referees multi-agent work — scores, guardrails, and the next round of tokens. LAST STATION is a generative-game line. QUOKKA Core, Flow, and Lingua are still ahead.

  2. Is AI the core of the product, or a feature bolted on?

    AI is the product. MindLog’s reconstructed day — state, thought bubbles, and replay scenes — is an orchestrated output. Pulse’s reward decision is a constrained policy, not a lookup table. Take the orchestration out and there is no product left.

  3. Do you sell consulting or outsourced development?

    No. We do not staff other companies’ roadmaps, sell engineering hours, or operate as a reseller. We build our own products on in-house orchestration and multi-agent architecture.

    Pulse is a B2B API for agent platforms. Multi-agent runs waste budget, game their own scores, and leave no record of who contributed. Pulse takes each step in, scores it, returns a reward under budget, variance, and anti-exploit rules, writes the decision to a hash-chained ledger, then reallocates the next round of tokens by score. It sits on top of tracing and spend caps rather than replacing them. It is not a consumer product.
